UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS MY ART ALLOWED TO BE USED FOR NFTs AND CRYPTOCURRENCY

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Commissioning me means you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions

• Initial payment must be sent within 48 hours of confirmation through a PayPal invoice. Payment must be sent before I start.

• If a commission costs $300 or more, you can send half of the payment first, then the rest upon completion. (In this case, when I finish, I will ask for full payment before showing you the finished work)

  • For VTuber art + rig model commissions, you can send half of the payment first, but you MUST send the rest of the payment before I start rigging your model.​

• For commissions under $300, everything must be paid upfront.

• No refunds unless I am unable to complete the request. I will message you if this is the case and provide a full refund (or partial refund if the commission includes an art + animation/rigging portion and I have finished the art portion).

• You may repost or use my art as long as you credit me. Please DO NOT edit my art (adding filters, drawing over it, etc...) without my permission and under no circumstances is my art to be uploaded to sites that use AI generation gimmicks such as mimic. My AI art is not allowed to be used in AI training or learning either.

  • You may crop my artwork to use as an icon, but do not crop my artwork in order to hide my watermark.

  • If your commission is for commercial use, I will provide you with a version without a watermark.​

• I'm extremely flexible with what I can offer but it is your job to tell me what you'd like BEFORE sending payment. This includes deadlines, expressions, special requests and so on.

  • There are rush fees for deadlines:​

    • Within one month: +25% of the final price​

    • Within one week: +100% of the final price [NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE - ASK FIRST]

• I may ask you for feedback on the WIPs I show you, especially for design-related commissions. I always try my best to communicate as frequently and clearly as I can with my clients, so please do the same!

  • I understand that everyone has life to attend to so I do not expect instant replies! However, if you do not reply within 48 hours, I will give your commission a lower priority. As a result, I will only continue working on your commission after I finish other pending artwork on my to-do list.​

• Any use of my art in streams or YouTube videos is considered commercial use.

• Please do NOT resell my models or art without permission!

• Personal and Commercial Use Art: Crediting me is a MUST, including a link to my Twitter.

• Merch Use: Credit is HIGHLY appreciated! Do not claim my art as your own.

  • Vtuber models MUST be clearly credited on Twitter IF they are your main model! It would make me happy if you could credit me on all social media platforms you end up using the model on!

    • If it's a side model, just crediting it where you use it is enough (e.g. Twitch/Youtube)​

  • FOR TWITTER: My preferred way to credit is in the Twitter bio or pinned comment! If someone has to search for, click multiple links or scroll a good amount to see that I made your model, that is not clear credit.​​

My Responsibilities:

• I have the right to refuse any commission.

• All goods are digital.

• I will send you a WIP of the sketch and the final image for confirmation. Additional WIPs can be provided upon request.

• I will do up to three major revisions during the sketch stage (e.g. new pose) and I will do up to two minor revisions when confirming the final image via Twitter DMs.

  • For VTuber models, all minor revisions are free; however, major revisions may include a fee.​

  • Any revisions asked for 1 month after completion may include a fee.

  • I cannot guarantee I still have your commission file after 3 months.

• I may post the finished commission on my social media pages unless discussed beforehand. I may stream and show public WIPs of the commission unless discussed beforehand.

  • VTuber models can be kept secret upon request for a $100 privacy fee. However, once made public I am allowed to use the model as an example of my work.​

  • For VTuber models, please do not keep my status as your VTuber mama a "secret until debut" if you make the model public. Some may be okay with it, and that's okay! But I do not feel comfortable with it.

• Unless issues arise, I will finish your commission within two months. I will message you if anything happens.

  • Art + rig VTuber models will be finished within four months.​

• Ask if you aren't sure, but I'm happy to try new things!

• NSFW

• Homophobic, transphobic or racist stuff

• Satanic imagery (Demon characters and aesthetics are perfectly fine with me though!)

• Extreme gore

• If your reference/model is created using AI
